Horizon magazine, the European Union’s Research and Innovation Magazine, has published the article “Green milk – making dairy more environmentally friendly“ which features REWAGEN project. In the article, Dr Thomas Scherer, REWAGEN project coordinator from Fraunhofer IGB, outlines the aim and the developments of the project - helping the dairy industry, and food industry in general, to use less water by reusing it.
